The Department of Health and Human Services today announced a joint-venture with Google, with DHHS offering vouchers to all qualified patients good for free Lasik vision-correction surgery if the patient agrees to occasional context-appropriate banner ads. “This is a tremendous opportunity for the vision-impaired, and a tremendous savings opportunity for the American taxpayer,” DHHS spokesperson said.
